For years I wanted this young man to move out of Camden and live his best life.  This young man is my son.  He wanted for me to get my license and he became my first client.  I am thrilled to see him and his family so happy in Woodbury, New Jersey.

I got to laugh ... lol When the Seller met my Buyer, she immediately felt her and her family were deserving of the beautiful home she had renovated with her husband.  My Buyer is thrilled out of her wits because she is the first member of her family to ever own their own home.  She is building a legacy for her triplets and setting standards for the rest of her family to follow. Sicklerville, New Jersey is their forever home. 

What a great couple to work with!  She is from Pennsylvania and he came from Montana.  They wanted to start their new life together in their own home.  Well we found it in Sicklerville, New Jersey where they will farm and create amazing new memories.

Shanika came all the way from Arizona to study at Cooper University Medical Hospital in Camden, New Jersey.  She will soon be Dr. Shanika Habib and she is only 19!  Her and her parents searched through the most amazing homes until she found the one that stole her heart in Maple Shade, New Jersey. 

Achieving the American Dream - 7/31/2021  This young couple with 2 beautiful children achieved their goal of owning their own business!  We looked through Collingswood, Oaklyn and Merchantville to finally Come on Home to Oaklyn, New Jersey where they will be opening a health juice bar.  Their goal is to build a healthier community one drink at a time.  Congratulations guys can't wait to see all the great things you will be doing! 

These hardworking parents, from Guatemala and Mexico, have endured and survived so much hardship and sadness.  All because they pursued their dream of a better life for their children here is the United States of America.  Yet they kept a smile and never lost sight of their goal.  Welcome home to Oaklyn, New Jersey!  

I am so proud of this young lady.  She is a college student, works full time and a single mother raising 2 young children.  She was determined to give her children their own home so she worked long hours and never gave up.  She and her children are building memories to cherish a lifetime in Millville, New Jersey. 

This young lady is only 19!  And let me tell you, her parents and family watched over her every step of the way until she called Pennsauken, New Jersey her home.  She is renovating a beautiful Victorian home near the border of Merchantville to start a new life. 

My Seller was torn between her daughter and niece, both wanting her beautiful home.  The unconditional love of a mother is infinite as she welcomed her daughter to Pennsauken, New Jersey.  

Santo Domingo meets Peru under the New York stars and falls in love.  But this young couple wanted to start their own new journey at their new forever home in Gloucester City, New Jersey.

This Colombian couple struggled between business, personal and language barriers.  They knew very well the real estate business in Colombia, but here things are done differently. Beatrice made sure to explain step by step the entire process.

They wanted to give their young son an excellent future, full of limitless opportunities in the best schools, so they postponed investing and purchased this condo in Cherry Hill.

This young man has a wild side for off road trucking and motorcycles, but he has been very straight forward about his ultimate goal of becoming a homeowner.  Puerto Rico called and sent her son looking for a home with acres and privacy.  We searched every single countryside and finally found Puerto Rico in Millville, New Jersey! 

New York came looking to start an investment portfolio and he landed a great deal in Pitman!  I love working with clients that know what they want and don't settle until it is all said and done.  I love working with clients that trust me and my professional skills to get the deal to the finishing line.  We closed before the year was done and we are already talking about the next one! 

This deal started as a converted For Sale by Owner.  It got rough from time to time, but Beatrice made sure to keep her clients calm and cool through out the entire process.  These Sellers went above and beyond what was outlined in the listing to make sure the Buyers were set to start their new journey in New Jersey.

Life on the island changed drastically after Hurricane Irma and Maria.  Hurricane Maria devastated the island on September 20, 2017, ultimately killing approximately 5,000 people. Over 200,000 Puerto Rican left for the mainland, many temporarily and some permanently. 

Literally one year of going through so many realtors until they were referred to Beatrice.  She immediately listened to what they wanted, needed and finally they went to Settlement!!! She is so happy for this family that has endured so much since arriving from Puerto Rico.  Today they start a new journey full of endless possibilities in the town of Salem, New Jersey.

An Agent from North Jersey wanted to start his investment portfolio, but not in North Jersey.  He wanted to buy more for his money so he was referred to me by his Lender.  Although I was not the official Buyer's Agent, I did start and finish this transaction all the way to the Closing table.  

This young single beautiful mother of an 11 year old son was so scared; she wasn't certain of what the process was or if she could really afford a new home in this new interest rate market.  Her son was her determination and we made sure to comfort her and inform her step by step.  She needed to keep her job in Princeton, but give her son a great education and life.  We did it Evelia!!

The owner bought this home with her retirement in mind.  Until then she is putting it up for rent.  Unfortunately, her previous agent did not guide her properly and the tenants totally destroyed her lovely home.  She hired me and a new journey was born with so many lessons.  

After 2 private showings, we found the best tenants for her property and she is highly pleased.

On May 25, 2021 this young lady arrived from Arizona looking for a new home to start her studies.  She was in Medical School, taking specialized courses in Cooper Medical University and needed to ground herself for at least 3-4 years.

After 3 years, she has now reached her ultimate goal of becoming Dr. Shanika Habib.  She chose New York City to conduct her residency and had to say good-bye to New Jersey.  She called me and said, "Bea I need you to sell my home. I am ready for my next chapter."

What a powerful woman I see before me.  We have not had the opportunity of truly meeting each other until now.  She has gone through so much in her life.  Recently, she lost the love of her life to a horrific car accident leaving her feeling lost and alone in the world.  Everyone was trying to take advantage of her, but her son said, "Call Beatrice!"  It was difficult for me to take on this transaction, but I just could not allow other people's greed to take advantage of her at her lowest.  I am actually glad I took this one on because it gave me the opportunity to learn so much more about this very quiet and humble woman.  She also got the opportunity of getting to know first hand who I am and what I am capable of doing for family.

This young man saw us cleaning out my mother-in-law's home of 56 years when he was bold enough to ask, "Hey what are you doing with the home?"  Well him and his wife said, "We want to buy it.  My mother lives next door and we would love to stay near her."

I park my car in front of a property in Fairview.  I noticed two women at the gate looking at the house, but seemed kind of lost.  I walk up, say hello and ask, "Are you waiting for your agent?"  The one lady says, "I called the Listing Agent to see this home and he said Yeah sure go see it."  I said, "Where is he?" They respond, "I don't think he is coming because we have been standing here for awhile now."  I tell them to call him again and went on to show the home to my buyer.  Well, my buyer says, "Just let them in."  I invited them in and as we were walking out she says, "Can you help me buy a home?"  Well .... lol I put my brakes on ...lol and my buyer says, "Go get them!"

Well I sure did!!  Congratulations to my Buyer, Fausto and his wife, Agueda!!  I am so glad we met and thank you for the opportunity of representing you in this awesome journey!

What a great client he has been from beginning to end.  After looking for his own home for years with other agents, he was referred to me and on his very first showing and very first house, he said, "Beatrice this one is it!  I don't need to see anything else."  Well, we finished the appointments, but none came close to his heart as this one.  

He must have said thank you a million times, but to me look at that proud smile... that is what counts for me!
