In 2007, Beatrice was hired as the Marketing & Public Relations Consultant for a development corporation situated in Philadelphia. She swiftly exhibited an aptitude for identifying suitable tenants for the corporation's retail properties in Camden. Through a process of experimentation and refinement, she cultivated an intuitive understanding, thereby eliminating the need for speculation. Her instincts consistently resulted in the selection of ideal retail and residential tenants. In July 2015, she secured their most substantial agreement to date – a 10-year contract with South Jersey Federal Credit Union (now First Harvest). As her tenure with the corporation progressed, Beatrice recognized the necessity of obtaining a real estate license to fully realize her potential. She anticipated that acquiring this license would facilitate access to a promising future. Presently, with her real estate license, she possesses the requisite tools for success, and she has not looked back since.
She currently assists individuals in two primary areas: home buying and selling, as well as relocations. Furthermore, she cultivates strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, communication, and marketing with meticulous attention to detail.
