Beatrice was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey. Growing up in such a challenging community helped Beatrice decide that she wanted to dedicate her life to bettering the lives of others.
In 2007, Beatrice became the Marketing & Public Relations Consultant for a development corporation based out of Philadelphia. She discovered that she had the talent for finding the right tenants for the retail properties owned by this corporation in the City of Camden. She learned by trial and error. Once she knew, there was no more trial and error, no more second-guessing herself. Her instincts were always correct when it came to choosing the ideal candidate for a space. In July 2015, she brought them their biggest deal yet—a 10-year contract with South Jersey Federal Credit Union (now First Harvest). As she continued working with the corporation, Beatrice realized that she needed a real estate license to reach the full potential of her talents. She knew if she obtained this license, the doors to a promising future would open. Now, with her real estate license, she has all the tools she needs for success. And she hasn't looked back since.
She currently helps people change their lives in two main areas: buying and selling homes and building investment portfolios. In addition, she builds strong relationships with her clients, providing excellent service, communication, and marketing with attention to detail. As a result, her clients feel at ease and confident in her abilities. Because of her ability to connect with people, they know she will keep them informed throughout every step of the process.
Beatrice is a Keller Williams Realty agent who is great at relationship building. As a real estate agent in Washington Township, Beatrice's focus is on residential sales and relocations. Beatrice's skills include public relations, marketing, and branding, and she treats each transaction with unmatched attention. Because of her natural ability to connect with people, clients feel at ease, confident, and informed.
Beatrice’s strength is her ability to treat each client like family. When a client walks into her office, they are greeted with a warm smile, an open door, and a friendly hello. She makes sure that each person feels that way every step of the way, from listing to closing, so there is no uncertainty about where they stand.
Beatrice also excels at working with people who are moving out of state. Whether a client is relocating across the county or across the country, Beatrice’s job is to make sure that the transition is as smooth as possible.
In 2024, our incredible solo agent managed to join the Seven Figure Society and the Million Dollar Club. The year marked impressive sales of $3,562,400, and we were proud to bestow the Distinguished Sales Club and Circle of Excellence Bronze Level honors to the agent for her accomplishments. We can all agree that it was truly a great year for the agent.
Beatrice is a Certified Expert Listing Agent, Certified Buyers Agent, and Certified Open House Host. She is an expert at buying, selling, and marketing a property and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Not only that, but she is able and willing to travel to any town in New Jersey.

In fact, Beatrice has found that helping others in need through tough situations is not only a rewarding experience but it can also be a great learning experience for her. There’s nothing more valuable than the personal growth you get out of being able to help others. Her empathy allows her to connect with clients on a deeper level. She builds trust and open communication, which allows her to understand their hopes and dreams. She takes the time to get to know her clients so that she can find the right home that fits their needs and wants. She also understands how overwhelming the process can be, so she steps in to guide you through it.
